About Me

I am a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor in Transactional Analysis, and trained at the Metanoia Institute in London. I have previously worked with clients at Metanoia Counselling and Psychotherapy Service and the mental health charity MIND, in east London.

In my practice, I work with a relational and integrative framework, drawing on humanistic, existential and psychoanalytic approaches. This means I can adapt my approach to best suit a client's personal needs, respecting their individuality, experience, and their capacity to decide and choose their own destiny. It also means that our relationship is important to your therapy as we co-create a space that can bring about change.

Before my career in mental health as a therapist, I worked for a number of global corporate organisations. This experience, which also included mentoring and coaching, puts me in a good position to understand how challenges in our working life can impact on our sense of self, other areas of our life and relationships.

I am committed to personal and professional development and regularly attend courses, conferences and workshops. I am a member of the following organisations:

  • BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy)

  • IARTA (International Association of Relational TA)

  • EATA (European Association for Transactional Analysis)

  • Metanoia Institute

You can view my profile on Psychology Today and BACP websites.
