My private practice is located in central London near Chancery Lane, Holborn and Farringdon. I offer counselling to individuals and to couples, for both open ended and short term fixed periods.

I provide a safe and confidential space for my clients to talk and explore the challenges they are facing in their lives and to make meaning of feelings, thoughts and beliefs they may have. In some situations, this may mean exploring past events and trauma, and how it could be impacting life today and the relationship you have with yourself and with those around you.

You may have a goal or outcome you'd like to achieve but often you may not and that is okay.

I have experience working with a diverse range of clients from different backgrounds and I positively support and work with LGBTQ+ clients and couples.

Some of the difficulties I work through with clients include:

  • Anxiety

  • Panic attacks

  • Low self-esteem

  • Depression

  • Self-confidence

  • Body image

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Sexuality

  • Bereavement and loss

  • Work related problems

The above is not an exhaustive list so for more information or a confidential conversation please contact me.
